Terms
These terms set out the practical basis on which quoting and exterior cleaning work is handled. They are written in plain English so customers know what to expect before the visit, on the day and during normal follow-up communication.
Quotes and scope
Quotes are based on the information available at the time, which may include phone discussion, photos, location details and any visible access limitations. If the actual site conditions differ materially from what was first described, the scope and price may need to be reviewed before work continues.
Access and site readiness
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned and for flagging any known site restrictions, delicate surfaces or access concerns before the visit where possible.
Scheduling
Booking times may be affected by weather, access, safety conditions and earlier jobs running over. Where a schedule change becomes necessary, the aim is to keep communication clear and agree a practical next step.
Results and limitations
Exterior cleaning can produce a major improvement, but final results depend on the surface condition, existing wear, staining depth, access and the suitability of the cleaning method for the material in question.
