We back every job with a written 7-day rework guarantee. If anything covered by this guarantee is not right within 7 days of completion, we return and rework the affected area at no extra cost.
What is covered
- Streaking, missed areas or visible patches in the cleaned zone.
- Run-back of dirt from above (eg. roof debris washing down a freshly cleaned wall).
- Workmanship faults in the cleaning method we agreed in your quote.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by third parties after we leave site.
- New staining caused by weather events (storms, leaf fall, bird activity) after completion.
- Pre-existing surface damage disclosed in the quote (eg. lifted block paving, cracked render).
- Areas we explicitly excluded in writing in your quote.
- Wear that returns gradually over weeks or months (organic regrowth is normal — see below).
How to claim
- Email enquiries@bristolandbathexteriorsolutions.co.uk within 7 days of completion with photos and a short description.
- We respond within 2 working days to confirm whether the issue is within scope.
- We book a rework visit within 14 working days, free of charge.
How this sits alongside your statutory rights
The 7-day rework guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (work must be done with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time, at the price agreed). It does not limit or replace those rights.

We take before-and-after photos on every job for our own records and to support guarantee claims. You can request copies at any time.
Organic regrowth — what is normal
Algae, moss and lichen are living organisms. After a thorough clean, light regrowth on shaded, north-facing or constantly damp surfaces can begin within months. That is not a guarantee defect — it is biology. Annual maintenance plans are the most cost-effective way to keep surfaces stable for the long run.
