Planned exterior maintenance costs less than reactive cleaning and keeps the property in better condition, because the work happens on a schedule rather than when somebody finally notices. Three plans, fixed monthly cost, scheduled visits, photo evidence every time, and a discount on anything extra.
Refresh — £19 a month

Who it suits: a terrace, semi or small detached property where the owner wants the one job that actually protects the building fabric to happen without having to remember to book it. Gutter clearance is the highest-value single visit in exterior maintenance, because a blocked downpipe puts water into the wall and the repair costs multiples of the clean.

Who it suits: most family houses. The bi-annual soft-wash keeps render and elevations ahead of the growth rather than catching up with it, and an 18-month driveway cycle matches how long a properly cleaned and re-sanded drive actually holds.

Who it suits: larger detached properties, houses with substantial roof area or heavy tree cover, and owners who would rather have one number to call than manage a rota of trades. On a property under mature canopy the quarterly cycle is not indulgence — it is the frequency the site actually needs.
How it compares to booking ad-hoc
An annual gutter clean at £110 and a driveway clean at £180 every eighteen months already exceed the cost of Refresh over the same period, before the discount on extras. The plans are not a way of charging more for the same work; they exist because scheduled work is cheaper for us to route and we would rather pass that on than chase one-off bookings.
Commercial and portfolio arrangements
These three plans are for single domestic properties. Landlords, agents and managing agents are better served by the Portfolio Retainer or Block Contract, and commercial sites by scheduled maintenance from £150 a month.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum term?
No. Plans run monthly and you can stop them. We would rather you left a plan that no longer fits than stayed in one you resent.
What happens if I need work between scheduled visits?
You get it at the plan discount — 10%, 15% or 20% depending on the tier — and Estate carries a 48-hour emergency response.
Does the plan cover the work, or just the visits?
The scheduled items listed under each plan are included. Additional work is quoted separately at the discounted rate.
Can I move up a tier later?
Yes, at any point, and the change takes effect from the next monthly payment.
