Modern Slavery statement (voluntary)
Bristol & Bath Exterior Solutions (BBES) is a sole-trader business based in Keynsham, Bristol. Our annual turnover is well below the £36 million threshold that triggers a statutory statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
However, because customers — particularly commercial buyers, schools, councils and care providers — sometimes ask, we publish this voluntary statement.
Our voluntary commitments
- UK labour only. The founder and any contractors working on BBES jobs are UK-based and entitled to work in the UK.
- Right-to-work checks for every sub-contractor before they work on a BBES job.
- Supply-chain checks. Cleaning chemistry, equipment and consumables are sourced from UK or EU suppliers with public modern-slavery statements where applicable.
- No unpaid trial shifts. All work performed for BBES is paid.
- Whistleblowing route. Anyone with concerns about working conditions on a BBES job can email enquiries@bristolandbathexteriorsolutions.co.uk in confidence.
If you are a buyer who needs this for procurement
