What methods do you use?
We match the method to the surface. Driveways and patios usually suit pressure washing. Render, silicone render, painted walls and roofs almost always need soft washing. Hot washing is used for forecourts and heavy commercial build-up. Doff steam is reserved for heritage stone and listed buildings.
How long does it last?

What if it rains the day you come?
We work in light rain — many cleans actually go better with a wet surface. Heavy rain or storms postpone the job to the next dry slot. No charge for weather delays.
Do I have to be home?
No, but it helps for the first 15 minutes so you can show us the surface and access. After that you can leave and we will photograph the finish.
