Single-supplier exterior cleaning and planned maintenance for commercial property across Bristol, Bath and the surrounding corridor: cladding and glazed elevations, forecourts, car park decks, gutter and roofline systems, hard landscaping, graffiti removal and heritage stone.

What we will tell you before you ask
We are a sole trader, not currently VAT-registered, and our Environment Agency Upper-Tier waste carrier registration is in progress. Our full compliance position is published on the credentials page rather than kept for the tender pack. If any of that rules us out for your procurement route, better to know on day one.
