Commercial credentials and compliance
Procurement teams need the paperwork before the price. This page sets out exactly what we can supply, and — just as importantly — what is still in progress, so nothing surprises you at onboarding.
Insurance
- Public Liability: £5,000,000. The certificate names the insurer and the policy period and is sent as a PDF before work starts.
- Higher limits, or naming your organisation as additional insured, can be arranged on written request subject to our insurer's agreement.
- Employers' liability: statutory cover is carried whenever anyone is engaged on site.

Waste handling
All waste and captured wash water is removed to a licensed disposal route with transfer documentation available on request. Our own Environment Agency Upper-Tier waste carrier registration is in progress; the CBDU number will be published on the Insurance page as soon as it is issued. We would rather tell you that here than let you discover it at audit.
Method statements and risk assessments
Job-specific RAMS are supplied before mobilisation on every commercial job, not a generic template with your site name typed in. COSHH data sheets are provided for each product proposed for your site, before, during or after the work.
Working practices
- Ground-based and pole-based access up to four storeys as standard; MEWP, rope access or scaffold costed explicitly at survey where the elevation requires it.
- Containment used wherever run-off may carry hydrocarbons or biocide toward a surface-water drain.
- Out-of-hours and phased working where a site cannot close.
- Dated photo reporting per visit, from consistent camera positions.
Accreditations
We are working toward CHAS and SafeContractor accreditation for the 2026/27 commercial cycle. We do not claim either until it is held. Manufacturer training certificates for K-Rend and soft-wash systems are available on request.
