On estates laid out in the same orientation, whole rows green up on the same elevation at the same time. It is aspect, not a fault in the render. Treating the shaded elevations properly, with a residual biocide, is what stops it being an annual job.
Access and parking
Almost every property here has off-street parking, so the van goes on the drive and nothing sits on the road. Side returns are the usual pinch point; we need about a metre for equipment and we will say at quote stage if the only route to the rear is through the house.

Yes, with a soft wash. Silicone render is cleaned with a biocide and a gentle rinse. Under pressure it marks permanently, and those marks look far worse than the algae you were removing.
Can you do the render and the driveway in one visit?
Usually yes on a standard house here. Render first, then the drive, so run-off is not landing on work we have already finished.
How long before the render needs doing again?
Three to five years on most elevations here, less on a permanently shaded north face. A residual biocide after the wash is what moves that number.
