Pattern-imprinted concrete needs sealing, not just cleaning
Pattern-imprinted concrete is a printed surface with a sealer over it. Clean it hard and you take the sealer off, and once that is gone the colour fades and the surface starts picking up stains it used to shed. The correct sequence is a controlled clean, a full dry, then a re-seal — and if you are not going to re-seal it, we would rather clean it gently and tell you why than take the sealer off and leave you worse off. Block paving is different again: clean, then re-sand, because the sand is what stops weeds anchoring.

Yes, if you want the colour to hold. Cleaning takes the old sealer with it. If resealing is not in the budget we will clean it gently instead and tell you honestly what that means.
Do you re-sand block paving?
Always. The jointing sand comes out during cleaning, and without it weeds and moss have somewhere to anchor within a season.
Can you do the roof and drive on the same visit?
Usually yes on a standard semi. Roof first, drive second, so the run-off is not landing on finished work.
