The problem
The site sat on a busy industrial estate and could not afford daytime disruption around the main entrance and loading zone. The cladding carried traffic film, rain tracking, and ingrained dullness that made the premises feel tired before visitors even signed in.
The facilities contact needed clear RAMS, sensible sequencing, and a contractor who would photograph the handback properly.
What we did
We attended for survey first, issued RAMS, and agreed an out-of-hours plan over two nights. The live clean used a hot-wash-led approach where the contamination was heavier, with waste and edge control built into the work plan. Cones, signage, and a final photographic sign-off were supplied on completion.
How we priced it
The fixed written price came to £2,850 for the two-night clean, RAMS issue, signage, and photo report. That reflected the out-of-hours timing and the size of the façade rather than just the square meterage.
The result
The client got a sharper building face, a cleaner arrival route, and a documented handback that could be shared internally. The site looked looked-after again without an awkward daytime mobilisation.
What the customer said
“We needed the building tidied up without affecting operations. The planning was clear, the team turned up as agreed, and the after-photos made internal sign-off easy.”
